1. Delivery Coverage
We deliver islandwide within Sri Lanka through reliable third-party courier partners.
We currently do not offer international shipping.
2. Delivery Timeframe
- Orders are delivered within 3 to 7 working days.
- Delivery times exclude Saturdays, Sundays, Poya days, and public holidays.
- Delays may occur due to courier service issues, weather conditions, or high order volumes.
3. Delivery Partners
We dispatch orders using trusted third-party courier services, such as:
- Daraz Express
- Trans Express
We are not directly responsible for courier delays but will assist in tracking and resolving any issues.
4. Shipping Fees
- Free Delivery on orders above LKR 2,000.
- A standard delivery fee may apply for orders below this amount, based on location and weight.
5. Order Processing Time
- Orders placed before 12:00 PM on business days are typically processed the same day.
- Orders placed after 12:00 PM or on non-business days will be processed the next working day.
6. Delivery Attempts
- Courier services will usually attempt delivery up to two times.
- If delivery is unsuccessful due to incorrect address or unavailability, the package may be returned or subject to additional charges.
7. Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address, contact number, and delivery instructions are accurate and complete.
Innozone Mall is not liable for delays or lost packages resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.

9. Delivery Issues
